TAMALAZO 2025 – Who Will Be Crowned Tamal Royalty?

🕓 Tamale drop-off: 4:00 – 4:30 PM
🗳️ Public voting: 5:00 – 6:30 PM (blind tasting)
🎤 Winner announced on stage at 9:00 PM
📍 Location: Prairie Creek Park, 260 E Washington St., Frankfort, IN

It’s time to crown the Queen or King of the Tamal!
Bring your best homemade meat tamales and compete for the title in this delicious showdown of tradition and taste.

How to participate:

• Submit 12 meat tamales on Saturday, September 13 between 4:00–4:30 PM
• Drop off at the info booth at Prairie Creek Park
• The public will vote blindly for the best tamale between 5:00 and 6:30 PM

👑 Prizes:

• 🥇 1st Place: $200
• 🥈 2nd Place: $100
• 🥉 3rd Place: $50
  Winner will be announced live on stage at 9:00 PM!
